Rejection of Tyranny Taxes

Letter to my local council in defiance of the English Council Tax demand (due tomorrow - April 1st - APRIL FOOLS' DAY)

This is a copy of a letter to my local council sent by recorded postal delivery on 28th March 2025, in defiance of the English Council Tax (Tyranny Tax).

It's long and repetitive but sometimes repetition drives the point home. Remember "Stay Home, Protect the NHS, Save Lives" or "Safe and Effective?" Well, this is my reverse engineered long-winded verbose version directed back at the Council and the Government. It's the best I could do under recent circumstances.

If anyone finds the letter useful, please feel free to copy it, improve it, adapt it or embellish it, or maybe use segments from it, for your own purposes in defying and challenging the ongoing technocratic tyranny. I think it could apply to any council or government in the Western world which shares the same tyrannical ideological agendas. We’re in a war against humanity. Challenge them and call them to account.

As I write this post today, Monday 31st March 2025, the skies overhead in the East Midlands of England have been lined and criss-crossed with multiple Chemtrails. A routine and regular occurrence of dimming the skies and polluting our air with toxins. The photograph, below, was taken today at around noon, north of Derby in the East Midlands of England. It graphically demonstrates part of the globalist tyranny, in plain sight (Chemtrails are mentioned in point 25 of my letter). “Look up!”

Dear Council and Councillors,

Rejection of Council Tax Demand Notice 2025/2026

Claim for Refund of Council Taxes from 2020/2021 to 2024/2025

I have watched in horror and disbelief over the last five years as the orchestrated web of political agendas, propaganda and lies have been rolled out locally, nationally and internationally, in lockstep, since the announcement of 'Covid' in 2020.

Since the summer of 2020 I have been acutely conscious, highly distressed and extremely alarmed at the very real globalist conspiracy to harm, enslave or depopulate humanity under various elaborate orchestrated guises such as:

1. The contrived 'COVID-19' political plot and plandemic of 2020.

2. Fraudulent contrived 'viruses' that have never been proven to exist anywhere.

3. Fraudulent contrived 'vaccines' that are unsafe, harmful and toxic by design.

4. The corrupt contrived 'Climate Change' agendas of recent decades.

5. Mass indoctrination and societal subversion via myriad destructive ideologies.

6. Broad spectrum psychological and physiological warfare against humanity.

7. The evil engineered wars in Ukraine, Israel, Palestine and the Middle East.

The so-called globalist power 'elites' are diabolically intent on tackling bogus 'Climate Change' for their own ends - by sabotaging, subverting and controlling farming and food production whilst simultaneously reducing the human population: We are the 'carbon footprint' that "They" want to eliminate in order to 'save the planet' (for themselves).

It has become abundantly clear to anyone with independent critical thought and a diligent discernment of the truth over recent years that we are in a stealth war against humanity, as has been meticulously documented by Dr. David Hughes in his excellent book, "Covid-19," Psychological Operations and the War for Technocracy (Volume 1) (2024) - amongst numerous other independent sources.

We have been subjected to military grade propaganda and psychological operations since 2020 and local government, as part of the national infrastructure of government, is squarely in the firing line for its part in upholding what is clearly a tyranny against the people.

I have endured five years of psychological trauma from state funded totalitarian tyranny and I have now finally reached the point of zero tolerance. I do not consent to funding fascist totalitarian tyranny. Not now. Not ever.

I reject and withdraw any previously implied contract between the Council or Government and myself. Any implied 'social contract' has been shown to be a sham over recent years and is now null and void. The values and norms which many of us previously held dear have been sullied and soiled by the Treacherous State through an evil ideological inversion of good and free-spirited harmonious wellbeing.

What, if anything, has the Council, as the local face of Government, done to assuage great alarm, fears and concerns of the local population of the tyrannical events of the last five years? What has the Council done to counter the endemic lies and fear propaganda of the State? Is the Council not merely an agent and gatekeeper of tyrannical national government? I boldly and emphatically say that it is. It has been complicit in the overt administration of State tyranny during the last five years - and such complicity is ongoing.

I hereby refuse to pay further TYRANNY TAXES. Furthermore, I wish to CLAIM BACK the fraudulent 'Council taxes' paid during the last five years, since April 2020, based on the following interlinked charges, assertions, statements, specific or generic grounds:

1. The so-called "COVID-19 pandemic" was a contrived and fraudulent political plandemic.

2. Local council taxes are masked government taxes since all taxes and fines go to a central Parliamentary Consolidated Fund.

3. Local councils are complicit in government tyranny and should be held to account.

4. Psychological trauma, ill health and untold unnecessary unlawful hardship due to relentless government and media gaslighting, extreme censorship, propaganda and lies.

5. Our taxes fund unethical and unlawful wars in Ukraine, Israel, Palestine and elsewhere - against the organic free will of the people. Government has not sincerely sought peace, it has fomented malevolent perpetuation of wars in accordance with pre-planned globalist agendas.

6. As specified and eloquently expressed by Chris Coverdale (probityco.com), under law we are duty bound to not pay taxes for fraudulent funding of wars, terrorism and genocide. I specifically refer the Council to all documentation laid out by Chris Coverdale at probityco.com/laws which explicitly refers to this and the particular relevant law.*

7. The Council and individual Councillors are breaking the law by demanding, collecting and administering taxes for the fraudulent funding of wars, terrorism and genocide.*

8. The scam of fraudulent 'vaccines' based on fraudulent 'viruses' and fraudulent germ theory medicine. Local councils are complicit in their wilful blindness of these facts.

9. Stifling oppressive media censorship and repression of truth and independent thought. The Council is complicit and is collaborating in this veil of truth repression.

10. The promotion of multiple subversive poisonous ideologies designed to harm children, families and individuals alike (obtuse identity politics, sexualisation of children, the breakdown of family and cultural cohesion).

11. The toxic tyrannical assault through psychological warfare and engineered increased costs, increased anti-freedom regulations and increased misery through manufactured austerity is an assault on my/our health - by malevolent intentional design.

12. These Tyranny Taxes are funds for war and widespread malevolent erosion of humanity, not genuine services for societal wellbeing. The Council has lost all semblance of false 'authority' through its complicity of wilful blindness towards truthful discernment and accountability to local people.

13. Parliament no longer represents the people (if it ever truly did). The myth is blown.

14. There is no true democracy or accountability, only a corrupted sham illusion of such.

15. The Council cannot demonstrate that a high or significant percentage of the tax will not fund wars, terrorism, genocide, or any assault on humanity, via the central Parliamentary Consolidated Fund.

16. The basis of collection and administration of 'Council Tax' (Tyranny Tax) is not lawful and is run through fraudulent deception and manipulation of the population, as has been well documented by many courageous activists.

17. Five years of deliberate broad spectrum fear tactics, suppression and denial of truth, mass coercion, and extreme psychological lies is plainly unethical, corrupt and unlawful.

18. The NHS has become a traitorous fascist arm of government, a National Harm Service, for which I have no respect or trust; we now have access to healthcare only at extreme peril.

19. There is no trust in the integrity of the police force under these dire circumstances. They have comprehensively failed to investigate or prosecute key figures and State tyrants and uphold the law. They have been formally notified of crimes against the British people and the world (via unsafe so-called Covid 'vaccinations' and bogus lockdowns, Midazolam murders in hospitals and care homes), and have persistently failed to act in the interest of true public safety and the law. The Council is complicit in this failure of police action.

20. I challenge the Council to demonstrate true honest accountability and ethical conduct in light of these copious assertions.

21. I am extremely alarmed that children are not safe in schools nor in society whilst corrupted local unaccountable 'authorities' and rogue police powers are given free reign.

22. I no longer believe anyone is safe from rogue police, courts and authoritarian powers.

23. I have no confidence at all in the Council, its ailing corporate services or its authoritarian regime - which is maligned with uni-party fascist national government.

24. When has the Council dutifully called out and challenged any aspect of the State tyranny over the last five years? It has not because it is itself part of that same State tyrannical machinery. It is a complicit cog in the orchestrated globalist tyranny. It is working in the interests of corrupted powers, not local people.

25. What is the Council doing to oppose overt geoengineering (Chemtrails) across our local skies, which includes, amongst others, the toxic pollutant spraying of chemicals such as aluminium, strontium and barium? Who voted to be sprayed like vermin?

26. Where is any sentient conscientious honest concern for the health and wellbeing of the local population, on behalf of the Council, through any truthful cognition or due diligence on these issues? Where is any semblance of good societal Council intention rather than through callous intimidation and punitive persecution through demand of stealth agenda Tyranny Taxes?

27. The continued anxiety and anguish of recent years, and its toxic toll on my/our health, is propped up by Council collaboration and blind adherence to authoritarian tyranny. I hereby repudiate that tyranny and call the Council to account.

28. Complete and catastrophic loss of trust in the Council as mafioso gatekeeper for government tyranny. There is no trust left in the corrupt regime. None whatsoever.

29. The Council is registered as a corporation. It's DUNS number is listed at the top of this letter. The Council, as a corporation, is operating as a registered business. Should the Council persist with further fraudulent demands for payment I will require an invoice from the Council clearly stating details of services rendered and referring to any specific contract that I may have previously signed. I do not recall ever signing a contract with the Council. I have clearly been deceived (like millions of others). In any event, for reasons that I have already stated, I have declared any implied contract between the Council and myself as now being null and void; terminated.

30. The Toll and Tally of the last five years - a conservative estimate of lost wealth and wellbeing. Many of us have lost tens of thousands of pounds in lost income and spent thousands of pounds more fighting for truth against tyranny whilst being trapped in a prolonged existential crisis. This constitutes a personal impoverishment toll. Many have lost their homes, their jobs, their careers, even their marriages. Families have been cruelly divided. Many have been reduced to despair and desolation, left to rot away. Suicides have increased and are now ideologically championed by the cold-hearted State. Tyrannical technocratic governments have betrayed entire nations since 2020. The true tyranny toll is colossal.

31. The massive misery, injury and death toll attributed to intentionally malevolent government policies and corrupt globalist governance over the last five years, which is ongoing (and ruthlessly censored by Orwellian mainstream media). From lockdowns, deliberate destructive economic restrictions and policies, widespread medical neglect, to mass deaths from so-called 'vaccinations' - that are toxic by design. People who were severely injured by these injections have been callously censored, ignored and cut off by the Orwellian State, left to fend for themselves. The rest of us, who declined the poisonous jabs, were spurned and rejected as societal outcasts. WE ARE ALL BEING UNIVERSALLY LIED TO BY FASCIST TOTALITARIAN GOVERNMENT(S).

32. It's an insult and an affront to the intelligence, integrity and native sovereignty of free-willed people everywhere to endure these tyrannical deceitful contrived coercive agendas rolled out by government 'authorities' locally, nationally and globally. These orchestrated bogus agendas and any implied contracts thereof are therefore wholly rejected and repudiated, considered null and void; they are a violation of sovereign freedoms and shall be vigorously opposed.

Section 52. It is an offence against the Law of England and Wales for a person to engage in conduct ancillary to genocide, a crime against humanity or a war crime.

Article 2. Any person commits an offence if that person by any means, directly or indirectly, unlawfully and wilfuly provides or collects funds in the knowledge that they are to be used, in full or in part, in order to carry out any act intended to cause death or serious bodily injury to any other person when the purpose of such act is to intimidate a population, or to compel a government to do or to abstain from doing any act.

Article 25. Individual criminal responsibility In accordance with this Statute, a person shall be criminally responsible and liable for punishment for a crime within the jurisdiction of the Court if that person:

(a) Commits such a crime [a war crime, a crime against humanity or genocide], whether as an individual, jointly with another or through another person, regardless of whether that other person is criminally responsible;

(b) Orders, solicits or induces the commission of such a crime…

(c) For the purpose of facilitating the commission of such a crime, aids, abets or otherwise assists in its commission… including providing the means for its commission;

Article 27. Irrelevance of official capacity. This Statute shall apply equally to all persons without any distinction based on official capacity. In particular, official capacity as a Head of State or Government, a member of a Government or parliament, an elected representative or a government official shall in no case exempt a person from criminal responsibility under this Statute.

For these reasons (and more) I now consider myself to be in a state of constant siege from tyrannical government (which includes local government) and therefore do not consider it reasonable or ethical to pay towards my own destruction or the destruction of others.

Please note that I have no objection to paying towards legitimate local services under conditions of honourable intent, true societal wellbeing or necessity and with honest financial transparency. However, when 'reasonable taxes' become corrupt dishonourable Stealth Tyranny Taxes then there is no lawful or ethical duty to comply, as we are then in the dark realms of treachery and tyrannical deceit. Under such conditions, it is our ethical and sovereign duty to robustly resist tyranny.

How to quantify the true cost of tyranny? What financial sum should we apply to our own invoice for the tyranny of recent years, as the bill and counter-claim apportioned to collaborating local councils and ultimately the Treacherous State?

Since 2020, the governments of Western nations have declared war on their own populations. Consequently, I am, and we are, at war with our own defunct dystopian governments - and by extension any gatekeeping collaborating local council that shares the same wilful blindness to tyranny. This is an existential crisis for each of us as sovereign individuals living in the formerly 'Free World' of the West.

Whilst I expect this letter may be ignobly ignored and cast aside, or side-stepped, it is nevertheless written in ardent honest good conscience and painfully stated for the record. I do not and will not consent to tyranny. Ever.

Finally, under the dire circumstances, I feel it is necessary to assert that I am of radiant sound mind and that I DO NOT feel suicidal, despite the best efforts of the Treacherous Terror State to undermine, erode, impoverish, imprison and depress my very existence.
